In the court documents AA Printing Inc. of Ottawa, Canada has brought law suite against Gateway2discovery of Port Beach, California in which AA Printing Inc. alleges that Gateway2discovery has ordered products and service, by the principal Amine Britel and Ameen Britel, and Amin for the amount which exceeds 2300.00 for a show Gateway2discovery had plan to attend. Once, Gateway2discovery, done with the show they called the card alleging the products defective and not as described asking for chargeback which was granted by the Credit Card Company.

AA Printing Inc. took Gateway2discovery to court but Gateway2discovery failed to accept to take the trial. DETAILS

This corporation sold defective machines SINCE EARLY 2K and did not fix them to this date. Machines include DIALTA CF2002, DIALTA CF3102, KONICA 8020 AND KONICA 8031. One of the problems of these machines is printing on size 12x18". A rectangle left unfilled and customers refused the result. This corporation cannot fix its own machines and denies customers complaints or demands to perform obligations correctly. Be careful before signing any contract with them. Ask how service rate increase over the coming years. Ensure that they continue to service a machine you buy from them for the coming years. It happened to customers that this corporation ended the service contract early or has increased the substantially just after 1 year of purchase. Most of customers cannot service the Minolta machine. If you are one of the unlucky ones to encounter such problem or similar one then you are at risk of losing your whole investment in the machine. You will not be able to fix it and maintain on your own. Don't be blackmailed by this corporation, plan a head and ask for details on the service plans and their hidden conditions and policies.
